Our Story
Pax Performance was founded by Jennifer Rose and Chris Nestor, two professionals who shared the belief that true quality comes from doing things the right way, every time.
After working in the pipeline inspection industry, they saw a gap between what clients needed and what was being delivered. Projects were often delayed by poor communication, inconsistent processes, or inadequate field preparation. Clients deserved better — and that belief became the foundation of Pax Performance.
With over a decade of experience working for natural gas utilities, Jennifer brings a deep understanding of the client’s perspective. She knows what pipeline operators expect from their inspection partners because she has been in their position. That insight shapes how Pax Performance communicates, plans, and delivers results.
Chris brings over a decade of operational experience and leadership in field service management. His focus on safety, structure, and accountability ensures that every project is completed efficiently, accurately, and to specification.
